Pastoral Counselors are not Licensed Therapists but are skilled at working through a variety of life issues. PCs do not qualify to be reimbursed by insurance and cannot diagnose or treat mental illness. PCs services are offered at reasonable rates to partner with individuals and churches. Downey Park Licensed Therapists and PCs work together to insure best practices and proper referral. PCs offer in office and video telehealth services for your convenience. Wade's Fee: $115.
